The Simsimi iPhone and Android app is an artificial intelligence conversation program that has the world laughing.
Created in 2002 by the Korean tech company ISMaker, it uses artificial intelligence (or AI) to converse with human users.
The Simsimi app is available on multiple platforms, namely the iPhone, Android devices and computers with iTunes.
The Simsimi app draws on a base of about 10 million question-and-answer conversations to come up with what many users describe as the best conversation app they have ever used.
When a user sends a text to the Simsimi app on their iPhone or Android device, or communicates with it on their computer, the app responds by automatically scanning for related conversations in its massive database, then spitting out a relevant, and often hilarious, response
Simsimi users say it provides a experience much like one they might have with a quick-witted and lightning-fast human texting buddy, which should not come as a surprise because it is based in the knowledge of its 2.7 million users.

"If Simsimi has no data to answer your former message, it will say 'I HAVE NO RESPONSE'. Then you might select the 'TEACH' tab and instruct it your own words in a paired form of 'request & response'. Once you teach Simsimi a pair of words, it will make a response with those words immediately (approx. 3 minutes)."

Though Simsimi can not do many of the things Siri is able to do--from fetching directions to setting an alarm--Jung-hoe Choi, the president of ISMaker, believes his Simsimi app is a superior conversationalist:
