Chicken Alfredo






ingredients:

4 pcs chicken leg
2 pcs potato (chopped in quarter)
2 pcs carrots (chopped diagonally)
1 onion (diced)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 red bell pepper cut in triangular form
1 green bell pepper cut in triangular form
1 broccoli
salt
pepper
200 ml milk
sugar
vegetable oil


1. put 1 tablespoon of salt on the chicken, sprinkle some pepper
2. fry chicken with vegetable oil and set the chicken aside after frying
3. set aside the used oil
4. on the same pan, sautee onion, and garlic
5. add the potato and carrots
6. springkle some salt, about half of a teaspoon
7. sprinkle 2 pinch of sugar
8. put some pepper
9. put the fried chicken and broccoli
10. add half of a cup of water and cover the pan for 6 minutes
11. add the milk and let it simmer for 3 minutes


makes 2 servings
best when served with juice
